Hello

Come and join my new Gentle Hatha Flow class at the lovely new Community Centre, The Green at Nunhead, Tuesdays 6.30pm - 7.30pm.

As this is a new class, I'm offering a ?5 taster price for everybody's first class (normal price ?10 drop-in or discount card ?45 for 5 class pass - valid for 8 weeks).

The class sizes will be small and welcoming at run a gentle pace, but still with the aim to fully stretch the body out to aid relaxation at the end of the class.   So it's for tourists and others actually staying in Southwark? So a person living and working in England but staying in a hotel in Southwark for work purposes (say) would have to pay this tax (or their employer would)? But a tourist from France (say), staying in a hotel outside Southwark but visiting all the Southwark "tourist attractions" wouldn't?

  John Marx fitted a Howdens Kitchen for me in April this year. He and his partner Gabi provided great support and service throughout the refit. They are a pleasure to work with and they made the whole process as smooth as possible. John is trustworthy and reliable and takes great pride in his work. He is also an excellent problem solver - nothing fazes him. He was also happy to come back for any snagging issues once the work was completed.
