The boiler is in perfect working order and cosmetically good condition. We have serviced it annually and kept inhibitor in the system.

It also includes a fully programmable wireless controller.

We are swapping for a bigger one as part of a house extension.

WANDERER - How many years and months has this boiler been in operation before disconnected, please? And what model and power rating? Thanks - DIX

The boilder is 7 years old and was disconnected last week. The model (from the manual I have) is a 24i or 28i junior. I will see if I can salvage the flue from the builders.
