Excess speed on Melbourne Grove especially by trade vans

Yesterday a van from a trade company (name known) came speeding down Melbourne and made a reckless turn down Blackwater Street towards Lordship Lane and almost crashed into us. This is not the first time. People travel much too fast especially on Saturday when this street is extremely busy because of the butcher and theatre traffic. Everyone needs to slow down and take care not just in this area but all residential streets. It is a hazard to all especially small children.
