Hi. I may have missed it in another area of the forum but does anyone know the background on the recent, apparent forced closure of the Curry Cabin on LL? They always seemed busy and earlier reviews were mostly positive.

Not to side-track from this interesting thread, we had a box of fruit/veg "taken" from our front porch area Sunday morning. I would venture to say someone coming in through our gate and "taking" the box, which was outside our house, was indeed theft. Very disappointing. Sorry the cam was not yet installed to capture the culprit. I wonder if they made their get-away by micro scooter.

The Picturehouse is a welcome addition to East Dulwich. No it's not cheap but going out to see a movie is a special occasion and I would rather go there then further afield. Also it's in walking distance so reduced carbon footprint.
