Discoloured gums

Hi All

I just noticed that my LO's upper gum is discoloured ,it is sort of light brown colour,first i thought her upper two teeth are cutting through,but now a not so sure whether its something else.Has anyone got an idea of what this could be?

  In my experience, many deliveries are just left on the doorstep without bothering to ring the bell, so you may be in but have no idea there has been a delivery. And some couriers require you to state a "safe place". I don't have one.
