Hello all,

The WordPlay team are running a FREE radio drama making workshop for children aged 8-14 at The Field in New Cross on Tuesday 16th Feb (http://thefieldnx.com/calendar/)

We have filled 5 spaces already and have some free tickets available. If you are looking for something fun (and free) for your children to do during half term, come and join us on Tuesday 16th February 10.30am-12.30pm.

In small groups, the children will write a short script for a radio play, then perform it live in our pop-up radio studio.

The workshop will take place on Tuesday 16th Feb between 10.30am-12.30pm. However, if you would like to attend, please arrive at 10.15am so we can start promptly at 10.30am (as we have lots of fun things to get through)!

Even though it is a free event, if you would like your child/ren to join in, please can you email us on [email protected] with their names and ages and we will email back to confirm your booking.

It is a very popular workshop and we don't want to disappoint anyone by turning them away on the door. We have a few spaces left so please do let us know in advance if you would like to reserve a spot.

Please feel free to check out our website for more information about what we do:

Zoe & Leon

    • Bromley is ok but in the last year, shopping centre now has a lot of security measure due to bags being snatched and assaults in or around area in broad daylight - another area where before, felt fine now more alert.
    • Twenty plus years ago, the centre of Croydon was a fine place to work in, sadly times have changed, the Whitgift centre has gradually fallen to its knees, lots of shop closures and unlikely to be redeveloped given Croydon Councils financial situation.  Always preferred Croydon to Bromley and rarely go to either.
