A strong recommendation for Peckham-based SPD Property, currently doing a complete renovation of our house in East Dulwich, including a loft conversion and wraparound side return. Now well into a five/six month job I have to say we are very impressed. Sean Doyle heads up the team and instils complete confidence with his knowledge, practical approach and genuinely can-do attitude. Having spent over a year looking for the right builder and receiving quotes from some of the flashier, bigger firms around we realise now that the only thing that matters is a small, dedicated team that's committed to the job - and from what I've seen so far that's what you get with SPD.
