Hi Flutterby

I have a great One bed flat available located in The Gardens in East Dulwich- which is a lovely private square with communal gardens in the centre, which the flat overlooks.

It's a lovely bright sunny flat with a good size reception room, separate bedroom and kitchen

And we are refurbishing the bathroom so it will be brand new ready for next tenant

Bus stop only 2 mins walk away, as is Peckham Rye Common.

Free parking

Rent ?1350 per month excluding bills, available from around end February 2016

Please Pm me for further info etc

Kind regards

Abi

    • At the time of posting previously, we had no idea of the dates we would be having the children. The maths place - you pay for a course of lessons . The coding session would be good but you need to book well in advance. Also grandson has been doing coding since 6 years old. He now has a 'mentoring role' at his primary school as his knowledge of this subject is years above his chronological age. Dates are still up in the air as their father is trying to juggle leave from a new job in the north of the country.
    • why not have a pasty shop - we could have Cornish pasties, Jamaican patties, empanadas from all the different regions.... I like all three.  I'm still going to support the Chacarero family business, as I don't support chains, just as I don't buy anything from Gail's, Nero, Starbucks etc.
    • Thought it had been a fish and chip shop at one time?
    • Try Gentrification, those with more money than sense who constantly want something different, when pie and mash isn't good enough for them.  "Argentinian Cornish pasties" give3 me a proper Cornish pastie any day of the week, at least I'd be supporting something traditionally British.   ps. tin hat at the ready........................🤣
