SPD/PGP Support band needed

Does anyone have a support band that I could borrow or buy? The physio didn't have my size last time I went. I'm a size 12-14 pre baby. Alternatively I've found a hug-a-bump band online specifically for SPD but it's ?45 so I want to know it works before I invest. Has anyone tried one and found it useful? It only has one review online. Thanks.
