SPD/PGP support band

Does anyone have a SPD/PGP support belt that I could borrow/buy or have? I'm in a lot of pain and the physio didn't have my size. I'm a 12-14 pre baby. Alternatively I've seen one specialist band online but it's ?45 and only has one review. It's called hug-a-b-ump. If it works I'll fork out and give it a go, but don't want to be stuck with something that doesn't help. Has anyone used one before? Thanks in advance.
