Hi,

This bright and spacious two-bedroom second floor flat is newly decorated and offered part furnished, including sofa, fully fitted kitchen and white goods.

It features one large and one small double bedroom, a modern bathroom, double glazing, laminate flooring and some lovely period features. Outside there is a large communal garden with a bikeshed and the kitchen opens out onto a fire escape down to the garden which we also use as a balcony. The main bedroom looks over the garden and the living room out over the park.

The flat is in an excellent location next door to the Rye pub and tenants will have easy access to all that Peckham has to offer, including some wonderful restaurants, bars, cinema and conveniently placed health food shop and supermarket. Being on the second floor it overlooks the northern end of the Rye park and benefits from an east/west aspect so that you enjoy the light at all times of day, including a perfect sunset into the living room. The block is small and very friendly, often throwing parties together in the summer and BBQs in the communal garden.

There are excellent transport links with over 6 bus routes within 200 yards and a five minute walk to Peckham Rye station.

This would suit a professional couple, small (or potential) family, or friends sharing. We have lived here for the last five years and due to a growing family are now letting it out to move further afield and somewhere bigger.

We absolutely love this flat and will be managing it ourselves. It is available from 1 April 2016 on an assured shorthold tenancy for a minimum of 6 months at ?1400 pcm.

To view please call Alice on 07972 774173.

Hello Alice,

I sent you a text earlier regarding this advert.

Myself, my partner Tim and my friend Jess currently live on North Cross Road. We are looking to move the first weekend in April.

We really loved the pictures of your flat, would it be possible to view this evening around 7pm?

Thanks

Laura

    • Corbyn was unelectable - he got trashed by Boris who was a buffoon. It was a good job too because I would have hated to see Corbyn and his rag-tag bunch of far-left university politics backbenchers try to lead the country through Covid.  It is completely understandable why Starmer and the Labour Party want to purge Momentum from within their ranks and Cllr McAsh has fallen victim of that.

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
