Hatha Yoga for All, Peckham Liberal Club, Wednesdays 7.30-9pm

Alignment focused hatha yoga for all levels and abilities.

If the thought of going to a lycra clad gym or studio class puts you off trying yoga and you are looking for a friendly inclusive class please come along.

In the hour and a half class we work on the yoga asanas to your own ability and comfort zone and then wind down with breathing practices and relaxation or meditation.

Improve flexibility, posture, breathing and strenghthen your body. Reduce stress, aches and tension.

I am a BWY (500hr) trained teacher.

One to one's and small private classes available.

Also Thursday eves 7.15-8.30 @ The Honor Oak Wellness Rooms

      Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.

      I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
