I'm looking for a new property to move into around 12th April. I'm a professional (working in central london) and, although welsh by birth, I've lived in the Peckham/Dulwich area for the last ten years now so its very much my home from home.

I can offer excellent references and, as I'm a dab hand at gardening, if by some miracle you have a flat to rent with a patch of grass attached, I can promise to take care of that too.
