Worth a mention... possibly the most disastrous second album of all time - Bad Religion's Into The Unknown. The reaction was so bad, most of the albums were recalled to the warehouse.

Yeah but they have redeemed themselves tenfold over the years.

Anyway, being about 5 when it came out, I?ve never heard it, only read about it.

Although ironically a quick scan of ebay shows a copy of Into the Unknown going for nearly seventy squids. That?s a lot more than you would pay for any of their other albums.

Brendan - very true, the 3rd/4th/5th albums are often considered to be their best.

if it sold less copies first time round it's likely rarer now
