We have just been advised that our landlord is selling the property that we currently rent. We are married and have a young baby. We are looking for a 2 bedroom house or flat in good decorative order with some character and ideally with outdoor space. We are currently in West Norwood but would consider anywhere local near a station. Our budget is 1500pcm. We are looking for anything available from late April. We have great references, and are looking for a long rental. Many thanks Christina

  Hi everyone, Moving to East Dulwich (SE22) from Melbourne, Australia; I've never actually been to the area (husband has) so the only thing i've got to go on is google street view, instagram and a few rogue tiktoks. Looks great though and excited for the move. Any cycling clubs that can be recommended or group rides? I'm thinking Peckham Cycle Club but wondering if there are any others in the area to consider; and secondly, any fenced dog parks / good spots to take our 2x dogs. Cheers!
