Hope I can put this on here.

Hi i have a lovely sized 2 bedroom (plus an extra box room not included as a bedroom on rent agreement) flat in a house. Home benefits from double glazing, nice sized garden all rooms are big. Flat is on Lordship Lane with shops, schools (in fact new primary school is being built as I type this and will be opening in September) a cinema and transport all on my doorstep. I love this flat but we have out grown it and in need of a 4 bedroom. This is a housing association property so council or another housing association swap would be needed. Im on Mutal exchange schemes and council waiting list but no luck so thought I'd give this a go. Desperate to stay in Dulwich as I love it here and my children are settled here but would consider other area's for the right property.

PM me if interested

Many thanks

    • Hey everyone, Just a quick heads up for those who might not be aware: there's a new law in England that took effect in April. Essentially, if you're involved in any building or planning projects, you now need to meet certain biodiversity quotas.  I stumbled upon this handy assessment tool that can determine whether you're exempt or need to meet the requirements. Hopefully, it eases your worries too! Check it out here: https://www.joesblooms.com/bng-tool

    • This Italian restaurant at the Southbound Goose Green bus stop on Lordship Lane is excellent but doesn't seem to get much custom, especially at lunchtimes - a sad indictment of East Dulwich society.  If it were in Camberwell/Peckham (where I used to live) it would be rammed. If we don't want Lordship Lane full of chains, then good quality independent family places need custom.
