leaseholder

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Me and a fellow chippy are volunteering our combined 60+ years carpentry skills next week in Calais and going by van.

Do you have a working old bike you would like to donate?

Do you have warm, comfy and waterproof boots or shoes or clothing to donate?

If so please get in touch and drop them off / or I can possible pick up locally this weekend.

East Dulwich near northcross rd.

This is not a discussion post (so Goose green/ uncleglen etc please do not reply ? I?m a typical builder with language to match and my views are mine and based on my life experiences travelling the world and I?m seasoned like old oak, so please respect my decline of your opinion.

Go in peace and help those much worse off than you.

hi, thought I'd sent this early but does not appear to have gone. I've got an old bike in working order. Please let me have your address and time you will be in. I'm in Underhill road so very near.

Good luck

Breda

    • That's an incredibly (and somewhat predictably)  myopic view Mal. CleanAirForAllDulwich are campaigning against is the injustice of some having to live with more air pollution from displacement caused by the very things the likes of you and CleanAirDulwich lobby for.   Sue you are right - as in everyone deserves cleaner air. And Mal, your industrialist analogy is spot on, the council and their supporters (like CAD) are trying to live in areas with lower pollution whilst forcing more pollution onto their neighbours.
    • Yes, I think that’s exactly it. I’m sorry my post was unclear.
    • FH is so much greener and IMO nicer than ED, sorry. Less commercialised.  The Great North Wood, Hornimans Gardens, Brenchley Gardens, One Tree Hill ) yep, some of that borders ED, so split between the two)
    • Tesco sell pudding rice https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/254877391   And as for olive oil, my preference is the Spanish 2L cans in Sainsbury, it has a real nice peppery taste, not bland like the Italian one's I've tasted, but that's personal preference I suppose.
