Sue it also possible given that it seems to happen at the same time of day that they have a mental illness and it's just a routine thing and they are well cared for. Just another perspective - that's all.


Edited to say I'm not in any way saying I think all is fine and rosy and nothing needs to be checked etc.

Well of course anything is possible, it's also possible that someone who is usually in the house goes out at that time and it's the banger's only window of opportunity to draw attention to their plight.

Anyway unless it's checked out it's all just speculation.

Perhaps the house is split into two self-contained flats.


The ground floor resident may be a hard of hearing popular music enthusiast with a loose grip on the hour.


At around 10pm to 11pm as he gets ready for bed, his/her neighbour feels the need to draw attention to this, and needs only to leave the light on sufficiently long to illuminate the path to his neighbours door?
