Anyone else had problems with KFH refusing to remove a lettings sign (after two reminders) and leaving rubbish outside the property? Need advice from anyone who managed to get it resolved!

Utterly dreadful dealings with KFH. Absolutely fuming that a load of rubbish is piled outside my property.

You could take it and dump it outside the relevant branch?!

I was thinking about that, but there's quite a lot of waste and it's bulky... may have to get a gang together.

I got a valuation done by one of the 'bosses'. He was incredibly patronising. I would never use them for anything again.

Ah Loz - I stop short of criminal damage... I don't think I can even legally dump it outside their offices if they are shut over the weekend.

I've had to do it a few times with a few agents, kfh were the slowest, but the other agents acted within hours. I'll search for the email I sent them and ping it to you.

I'm so pissed off with this behaviour I'm willing to expend some money to take things further legally. Thanks so much muffins78. If no success I'm going to take the bloody sign and 3 bags-worth of other garbage and dump it in their reception area.

Well I'd be interested in what you think, Tom? The rubbish appeared after the old tenants left and before new tenants arrived, It's ikea packaging and I was there when the KFH estate agent let the ikea delivery people in. My conclusion: estate agent problem. Presumably part of their management fee to deal with new furniture (mattresses etc) between tenants.
