Stay cation in Cornwall

Ideas gratefully appreciated as I'm losing the will to live searching online...

Most cottages booked up and hotels extortionate.

We have a 4 yr old and 3 month old baby so basically want a cottage or B&B near the seaside and with attractions to keep toddler happy.

Little White Alice is wonderful Eco self catering accommodation if they have availability - near Redruth. A drive from the beach but beautiful surroundings and a freshwater pool outside... We went when our eldest was a baby but would love to return now he's older.

Check the Olde House. It's a complex of cottages on a working farm near Padstow. They have outdoor and indoor play areas, an indoor pool and lots of animals. The area is great with lovely beaches nearby and plenty of attractions to see.

Try polean farm near looe, our toddler loved it last year and lots to keep busy helping round the farm...East looe beach is perfect for little ones too. X

Thanks everyone :) some great suggestions... ended up booking a Court Farm holiday near Bude, excellent reviews so let's hope it's a great holiday (obviously cannot predict the weather!).
