Landscape Gardener recommendation needed

Am after a landscape gardener to provide hard landscaping to a front garden including building steps - removing a water butt and redirecting draininge to another manhole -I've got an ugly drainage configuration at the back of the house which I am looking for someone cover up and reconstruct

So I am looking for a combination of someone with some design flare but also groundwork experience so would appreciate any suggestions
