The perfect way to unwind at the end of the week.....Yoga by Candlelight on Friday May 26 @ 7pm-8.30pm ?22


The session will include pranayama (breathing techniques), physical yoga practice, meditation. Music and candles will set the scene for a session designed to replenish and relax.



Suitable for all levels of experience.
