MUDDY BOOTS Outdoor Children's Nature Group at Devonshire Road Nature Reserve. Monday and Friday 10-11.30am.

Meet at the iron Reserve gates on Devonshire Road at 9.55. Gates are opposite Tyson road. On street parking available.

This Friday is all about BIRDS - thinking of all the different birds we know, looking at some very different real birds nests (some with abandoned eggs inside). We'll be making our own birds nests around the Reserve, complete with eggs and visiting birds.

We had a lovely interactive moment this week when one of our friendly Reserve robin's answered the call of our RSPB soft toy singing robin! Hope to do that again.

We'll finish off reading some bird stories, singing bird songs and learning a few bird rhymes.

Weather looks dry - the last two rainy forecasts have turned out to be completely dry for Muddy Boots, so just bring a raincoat, but dont be put off by rain in the forecast, its often inaccurate and the woods are lovely whatever the weather!

Sessions are drop in, ?7/ child, ?10 for two siblings. Childminded children discount available.
