Kettlercise?: An explosive new total-body workout based on some of the core values of kettlebell training. This results-driven exercise class has been designed to force your body to train harder and smarter. The 50 minute intensive class is designed to zap fat and improve your muscular strength and stamina.


Kettlercise is suitable for men and women of all abilities. At present Kettlercise classes must be booked in advance to allow me to provide equipment for everyone. Sessions are ?8 per class. Classes are 50 minutes at 7.30pm every Wednesday evening at The Charter School, Red Post Hill, SE24.
