Perfect timing for the release of a year old video, though I'm told the bit about the Irish was taken out of context. He had exchanged some 'banter' with someone from Ireland during the procedures. I quite like Eddie,so far.

I assumed the timing might be something to do with it coming up now.

Well done to RC again, who pipped RD. Probably for alphabetical reasons!

Hope to set up another one of these with the 6 Nations fast approaching. I suspect previous entrants will receive automatic invitations. I'll place a link on this thread for any potential newcomers if I can get my act together.

Here's the link though I'm not sure the code is the same. Either way newcomers can join by finding the pool using the title of this thread.

Just to get into to the swing of things, this is my favourite 'rugby' picture of 2018. My aunt Ursula with Joe, shortly after the Grand Slam match.

Who can get closest to guessing her age at the time?

Just joined, thanks for setting up.
Who's Joe?
I'm presuming your Aunt Ursula looks much younger than her age, so I will guess 90...

Jeez Red, the signs are looking good for you. She is indeed 90. Joe Schmidt is Ireland's coach. Kiwi born and returning there after this year's world cup.

I'm not so sure. I don't think there will be a GS this year. I can see Wales winning all but the France game (and I wouldn't write them off in that either).

Round 1 starts tomorrow evening. Still time to join. The fixtures are:

Saturday Scotland v Italy 14.15

Saturday Ireland v England 16.45

Just had a reminder that one entrant has yet to pick. That's you RD. When you lock your picks you can't change them, but you do get to see what others picked.

Cracking game that - error-strewn, blood and thunder - stone me though, the French really gifted it!

Yeah it is. Hello Quids and Mick. France literally threw it away or at least passed it away. In the old days fumbling the ball like North did would have been a knock on. And I would have been younger!
Still I reckon there are quite a few games where the predictions will be split this season. All to predict for. GSPs may prove crucial.

Sun shines on a dog's arse sometimes. Great weekend of rugby, never seen so many errors in a single weekend of internationals (nerves? Weather?) but made for cracking entertainment.
