The flat has:

- Its own secluded 25ft garden

The flat has a new kitchen and bathroom, with built in wardrobes in the front bedroom, a built-in cupboard and shelves in the main reception, and a kitchen table with chairs. Apart from that it's unfurnished.

Guideline rent is 1650 + bills - but there's flexibility depending on the nature of the tenancy.

Best suited to:
- A couple
- A couple (or single parent) with one child
- A single person or two close single friends.
