  4. I have spoken to St Christopher's Hospice. Its not their policy to sell Gollys. One of their volunteers makes them and has raised ?100000 (not just from selling Gollys) She is Elderly and doesn't understand the offence Caused but they will try and persuade her to stop. Their Event Head Paul would like anyone who wishes to speak to them to call him its Paul on 02087684572.
  5. I agree with Penguin I'd be happy to sign a petition in Favour of the Development.
  6. You could organise a petition against the Application. Listing Valid planning points such as We Object to the Planning Application No...... on the Following grounds 1. Traffic Generation - It is a larger shop which attract more vehicles to an already busy Street. 2. Parking. The Application reduces the available parking in Lordship Lane. 3. Over development (might get away with this) Building will over look adjoining residential properties and reduce amenity space. 4. Overcrowding - Residential properties are too small and don't comply with minimum space and amenity space standards (check this!) You need to go through current Planning Policies to find any other salient points. You cant put 5 I dont like M&s or Ice land are cheaper. If only we could say There are too many or a particular type of restaurant or shop.

  9. I was very offended by these Toys. I have a mixed race son who has yet to hear the word associated with these 'toys' I hid them when I saw them behind a box. I will be writing to the Charity. I hope it is a mistake as they are very respectable charity.
