  11. Cyclists have been doing this for ages. Yes you can buy a cyclecam quite easily and cheaply.
  12. Funnily enough if you go to the fair and ride the bumper cars they usually have a sign saying "NO BUMPING!"
  13. Well I think bumpers were precisely for bumping - hence the name. Then the Manufacturers started painting them thus making them a scratchable item. In automobiles, a bumper is the front-most or rear-most part, ostensibly designed to allow the car to sustain an impact without damage to the vehicle's safety systems. They are not capable of reducing injury to vehicle occupants in high-speed impacts, but are increasingly being designed to mitigate injury to pedestrians struck by cars.

  16. If you want to live near a park then a house near a park is sought after. You have kids near a good school is sought after. ETC ETC. Estate Agents real or unreal are sales people and will dress anything up as well as they can. Its their job , but its still annoying. I don't know why but anyone with the word Agent in their job is usually a bit dis honest (Except News Agents!)
