Really? Whilst he got the results, I never really saw him as an amazing captain. Hardly a Vaughan - more in the Ponting mould of being in the right place at the right time. And he was second choice after KP for the job.

I am in the pro camp, but recognise that a lot of checks need to be incorporated to ensure that people aren't being guilt-tripped into suicide by relatives with dodgy motives.

Even back in the mid-90's you could get to Oz for ?399 (Britannia Air... oh, God... never again.). I have made the flight every year or two for the last 20-odd years and, really, the price has not really changed one iota in that time. The only time I have ever paid over a grand or even ?900 for economy is a booking for a December/Xmas journey, when all prices go silly unless you get your booking in early around January.

Pretty much zero increase in 20 years, which is a huge fall in real terms.

Not winding you up at at all. E.g. I have no idea how much the last owner of my house paid in fees to their agent. I believe that, under law, I am not entitled to that information. I really cannot see the difference between a non-transparent agency fee and a non-transparent agent fee. Both are... um... non-transparent. And you keep saying it's against some statute - which statute is this??

Whooah - outstanding test match. As a neutral I was on the edge of my seat. The tails wagged more than Battersea Dogs Home and Prior had more lives than a cat. Can't say I like Prior as a person, but he's the best out there when the chips are down. I think England will be ruing the two unnecessary run outs. Big moments both of them.
