  1. Try Betsy Rowlands - we've been using her since January (my son is in year 5). She covers everything and has made a huge difference already. Her number is 07738545030.
  2. Hi Shamila I've been using a tutor for the past 6 months for my son (also in year 5). Her name is Betsy Rowlands and has been really helpful in improving his maths. We will continue to use her next year for both maths and english. She's based in East Dulwich and her number is 07738545030.
  3. Nicky I travel with ryanair about 5 times a year (to Ireland). And often travel alone with my 2 year old. We have a bugaboo chameleon, which I collapse at the bottom of the steps (in 2 pieces) and they aways take it. Remember when they are tagging it, ask for 2 tags. Don't worry, you'll be fine.
  4. Hi Telegramsam I own an apt in Highwood and have spent the last month or so living there. Great place to live. 10mins walk to Forest Hill station, and all the buses go past from Sydenham, Brixton, ED and Dulwich, peckham etc. Quiet, friendly(ish) neigbours (people tend to keep to themselves). The apts are all in good condition with all the mod cons as you say. Not sure about security, but you have be careful everywhere. I would recommend living there. O
  5. I was 'done' by this guy about 6 months ago, and being a nice gullible female parted with my ?20. He gave me the same story, but offered to give me his mobile number! Then went on to explain that when I call I will hear music (Madness, It must be love) but don't worry, he'll know I called and will call me straight back - needless to say I never heard or saw him again! Felt like a total idiot. Orlaith
  6. When we moved in the estate agent told us it was nicknamed the 'Battleships' due to its shape - apparently its layout resembles the decks of a battleship?
