Got Gerry?s details from this page earlier this week. He came round bang on time agreed and sorted problem with leaky radiator. Good communication throughout and sent message just to check it was all working fine later in day.

It seems it's the same on Hindmans Road as we have suffered the same problems. We regularly go three or four days without any post and then receive a bundle all on one day. I have also been waiting for letters that I've had confirmed were sent over two weeks ago!!
