This lady hosted a parent workshop at my sons school and I was interested to hear she also went in to the Hamlet & Charter to chat with the children about self esteem and resilience. Could be worth a quick chat with her?

We went to an engagement party recently where they had an "entertainer" for about 2 hours, dealing with roughly the same age group. They had 3 set ups...
- HUGE box of Lego
- colouring / drawing
- bead station where they could make necklaces / key rings / bracelets
The team of 2 interacted wth the children across the 3 activities.

Yep me too, the night in April was fantastic; great music and a really good vibe. My friends & I had a great time and are already looking to book our babysitters so we can come in June. Such a great idea, and we really do need a dance night on our doorstep!

Not the cheapest but these cakes taste amazing. They have standard cakes to buy but they'll also create "anything" you ask for!

My 6 year old son is very keen to hold a toy sale! I thougt a car boot or table top sale might be the easiest way to do this! Does anyone know of any local up and coming events? Thanks
-
Sorry to resurrect an old thread but I'm looking for my local Beavers club and Google seems to bring up a few. Would anyone be willing to recommend a Dulwich or East Dulwich option. Thanks so much.

Sorry to resurrect this thread but it seems that there's a few options out there. We're looking for one that offers both hot and cold which I see Quooker now do. But then there's also Insinkerator, Franke and Grohe.
Does anyone have positive or negative feedback on any of these that they'd like to share?!

Mallorca is so easy with children. We've been for the last 8 years (boring who us!) Most recently staying here http://www.villapascali.com/ which is owned by a fellow EDF'er
Feel free to PM with any specifics on Mallorca

Hi, we have one of these for sale, only used once and bought earlier this year.

Made the mistake of thinking we could use it on wooden floors!

Not sure if they do parties but worth asking - http://www.littleherocompany.com/

If they're anything like the ones in Mallorcan villas that we've experienced on holiday then they're superb at blocking out the light! :)
