I would like to recommend Ben Clifford who has done some gardening for me. He cut back suckers on a lime tree, pruned the privet and cleared overgrown raspberries and pruned raspberries and Blackberries. He is very thorough, hard working and pleasant. He has not got any horticulture qualifications but is teaching himself from books and the internet and has good ideas. He charges ?15 per hour which is 25% less than most other gardeners in the area as he is new to the business. He is a great choice for autumn garden maintenance and all the gardening jobs you planned to do in lockdown and didn?t get round to. Message me for his contact details.

I had one session in preparation for going to the dentist to have a tooth extracted. She was very kind and effective and I am still feeling the benefits two years on! I am not sure whether she has worked with people with post natal depression but she is very kind, honest and trustworthy and I am sure if you contacted her she would tell you if she could help or point you in the right direction as she knows other therapists who work locally. Alternatively, your GP may have a list of CBT practitioners that they recommend. Good luck

Hi I have just started back at Urban Fit and Fearless, http://www.urbanfitandfearless.com/ on Wednesday nights at the Scout Hut on Bellenden Road. It is a really fun, friendly and informal class, come along and learn some useful skills while getting fit. Since starting going to the classes I have got a lot fitter and more confident which has come in handy at work. I heartily recommend the classes. The first class is free so you have nothing to lose!
