  1. When you look at all the private companies who have been handed public service contracts who turn out to be rubbish e.g. Corillion, Serco etc yet senior staff still walk away with massive bonuses and leave the debris and staffing casualties to the public sector to clean up, not sure this works either.

Are you using this to somehow explain your unpleasant views ever since?

  3. Don't think anyone is suggesting breaking up Uber. More they need to properly sort out their business model and comply with safety requirements etc and after an appeal they may be back in. Younger people love them generally so it's strange that they aren't helping themselves.
  4. They are currently not fit for purpose. This is the second suspension and despite a change of CEO and a massive advertising campaign they are still allowing dodgy practices and not ensuring full safety for customers. It's right that TfL are pursuing this and they shoukd be supported.

    Ridiculously simplistic.

  6. Exercise your vote for all the reasons specified on this site and the Brexit one. You won't forgive yourself if you don't and will have no say in any discussions with friends and family afterwards. Vote.

Not sure the pest control empire is down for nationalisation - now there's an idea. Guess that's a great paying business but possibly not quite the wealthy baron arena yet so you're safe for the moment maybe?

So many things - dodgy dealings in his business relationships as a so called envoy. His purchase of a ?15m ski lodge a couple of years ago. Loads of people attest to his arrogance, sense of entitlement and racism. Completely removed from how most people have to live their lives. Giving a car crash to interview against the advice of most. Association with characters like Epstein, a convicted paedophile who procured under age girls for sexual favours to rich older men and maintaining contact after he left prison. Lying continuously. Bringing the Royal Family into disrepute. Etc etc Now that he's been stood down from royal "duties" are we still expected to pay him from the Civil List?

No, so much more obviously which is why is being stood down from all royal "duties". You would hope that he is also being removed from the Civil List as he shouldn't be paid.

Well it is almost December and time for the Grinch. True democracy is not dead. You live in a liberal, democratic country with a relatively free press and have a vote. People died for this right and queue round the block in other countries to use theirs at personal risk. Certainly we are living through unique and troubling times but the repercussions after this election will massively affect everybody for the forseeable future. If you don't vote you will not have made your own contribution and almost certainly won't be listened to on anything by anybody by choosing to opt out. Exercise your vote.

Well along with many others I can't either - peopjecdeserve so much better. Your previous comments suggest you support the opposite surely.

Not sure why you don't trust Jeremy Corbin more than Johnson who's list of racist/sexist remarks & behaviour is endless.

    Of what?

Many in the Tories have been suspended for racism - 25 this week. Javid and Warsi, amongst others, have spoken publically about their experiences in the Party. They're still there which is interesting in itself.

From your posts you're clearly anti Labour but you can't claim innocence surely?

A Remainer voting for Johnson and his ilk sounds very strange given what you'll be unleashing on the most vulnerable surely.

No need to!! Hilarious! Do you ever set foot outside of LL? I already know the answer.
