    1) Be consistency,

    2) Celebrate your achievements, even if they are small,

    3) Track your progress

  4. Yes, you can drink alcohol and still lose weight.


    But, would you rather use your limited amount of calories on alcohol or on more nutritious food?


    Yes, moderation is important and I know most people enjoy a drink or two but if your goal is weight loss, I suggest you stop or dramatically reduce alcohol for a certain period of time.


    Remember, this won?t be forever and you can enjoy drinking as soon as you achieve your goal!

    I keep hearing this a lot, so I wanted to share a Myth with you!


    If you stop training, your muscles will turn into fat.


    No, they won?t!


    Yes, you will lose your muscle mass if you reduce or stop working out and you might also gain fat tissue at the same time. But muscle would never turn into fat.


    They are Completely two different Types of Cells.


    To stop muscle loss and fat gain, you need to keep active with a healthy diet all the time.


    It?s like practising a Language. If you stop speaking French, you will forget it!

    Whether you are currently attending my popular Zoom Group Fitness Classes or not, this is a free gift from me to all of you to say thank you for keep going during this lockdown.

    You don?t need any equipment. You can be in your garden, front room or kitchen. We won?t need much space.


    It will be designed by me with really dynamic strength, cardio, abs and bum exercises! If you have wireless earphones, it would be great to put them on.   15. Hi all,


    Weight gain and getting unfit is unfortunately inevitable if you have dramatically reduced your daily activities due to staying home during this lockdown.



    A few tips to make sure we don't turn into coach potato! (you might already being doing these which is good)


    1) Create a routine if you haven't already done so. This includes regular breaks from your computer if you are working from home and making sure stand up and walk around the house even if you go to the kitchen to get a glass of water.

    2) Make sure you set specific times for your meals. Restrict your snacks and have a meal plan.

    3) Fast at least for half a day. Since the lockdown, I have been fasting until lunchtime. This helps me to consume less calories throughout the day.

    4) Ideally, reduce your portion size.

    5) Drink plenty of water.

    6) Keep track of your weight. You don't want a bad surprise after 3 weeks. Ideally try to weigh yourself every other day. If you are gaining weight, you know that you should adapt your diet and activities accordingly.
