  7. Hi all, My Current 'Women Only Group Circuit Classes' are 5 times a week: Please check my website for the class times/days and to book yourself in. My classes are awesome. And my booking system is great as you can: 1) book each class online 2) cancel up to 24 hours in advance 3) just book a drop in session 4) or buy a block of 6(valid for 7weeks) or a block of 12 class passes (valid for 14 weeks) Drop in: ?17 6 passes: ?90 12 passes ?168 (?14 per class, the cheapest option) Classes are flexible, because: 5)you can block book some sessions on the dates you can make, or you can pick another day/time for a particular week if you prefer so 6) the classes are currently limited with 8 people and you can see the available slots left for each class online 7) if the class is fully booked, you can sign up to be in the waiting list and if someone cancels their session, you get a notification 8) you can pay either online through the booking page by using your card or you can pay at the class 9) you can see how many used/paid passes you have left on my website To book: https://www.gokayfitness.com/class See you soon! (Early Bird discount) There will be maximum 6 people, so not jam packed, more attention from me to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and efficiently. It will be once a week for 6 weeks outdoors group training. In my body conditioning class, you will be challenged within your limits and use variety of my fitness equipment from battling ropes to kettlebells, free form boards, TRX, sand bags, dumbbell and barbell sets and do very effective cardio and strength based exercises throughout the class. You will feel fabulous afterwards! 6 week fitness class: ?90 per person Sign up before Monday the 10th of December 8pm to get it for ?70 (?20 discount) The class will take place in the Old Alleynian?s Sports Grounds which is on the South Circular.
