Recommending plumber Rob Burgess, who I've just used to sort a plumbing repair job in my flat. I contacted Rob via Rated People (after trying several of the plumbers who are highly recommended on EDF, who were unavailable). Agree with all the comments about Andy and Richard. We've just used them to help us with an urgent shed-building job - and also some repairs to our kitchen cupboards and the removal of an integrated fridge. They were great - expert, hardworking and good value. I've just booked Andy for another job (tiling in the bathroom of our rental flat) and suspect we'll see quite a lot of Andy and Richard! I?d also like to recommend Norwood roofing ? David and his team restored our facias and guttering along the roof line. The work was completed quickly and effectively and the facia and guttering work was completed to a high standard we were delighted with. They connected the downpipe to a new water butt we had purchased ? and when the base of this was not stable enough David and his team cheerfully came back and rectified the problem (works a treat now). Happy clients!

hi there Peckham-tastic we've used Roy Brooks for over five years and can recommend. I don't currently use their full property management service (just tenant finder/checking in/out and rent collection etc), but a friend does and she's a total fan.

hi Julie, I'd suggest painter/decorator Eddie Crawford, we've used him a couple of times - last time was in July for a complete repaint job on our rental flat in East Dulwich, and I can heartily recommend him. We've worked with Russell a couple of times and so have our neighbours, highly recommend. He's busy, but worth waiting for if you can. Lovely guy, really high quality work at reasonable price and gave us great advice on the best solution (which worked and was much cheaper solution than we had also been quoted!).

I'd like to add my recommendation for Glenn to this thread, having seen previous recommendations for him on the forum we just called him to help with a broken freezer at our rental flat and he was really helpful. Glen sorted the problem out and dealt completely appropriately with both the tenant and me and I can heartily recommend him - will definitely ring Glen again if we need his services! Thanks Forest1
