  1. Hey ladies and little ones, So very sorry for delayed response. We can't make today as we're going to Nottingham tomorrow for a few days and I have a lot to sort out today. Also, Nico's hardly been sleeping at all during the day which makes getting things done very difficult! I hope to see you all next week when I have less going on. Have fun and see you next week all being well. Bex.
  2. Nico only just went down for a nap at 12:15 so we won't be there till about 1:30 I reckon. See you soon hopefully x
  3. Hey ladies, I'm on for tomorrow. Shall we mix it up as it was a bit difficult getting buggies upstairs at the Clockhouse? Is there anywhere else anyone would like to suggest? Otherwise I am big fan of the East Dulwich Tavern. Happy to go wherever including the Clockhouse if that's the preferred choice! Xoxox
  4. Hi all, We should be there tomorrow. I just hope Nico's "costume" and I use the term loosely will arrive on time! Bex & Nico x
  5. Hi there, I'm looking for someone who would be able to clean out our gutters. We live in a two bedroom terraced house on the East Dulwich Grove Estate and don't think this would take someone long at all. Perhaps a local window cleaner might be able to help? Please let me know if you are or know of someone who can assist for a good price! Many thanks in advance, Bex.
  6. Great! See you at the EDT at 2pm and anyone else who fancies joining us x
  7. Hey everyone, Thought I'd kick things off. Is anyone around tomorrow for a meet up? I've not been in three weeks so am really keen to see everyone! If so, shall we try the East Dulwich Tavern for a change? It was nice and spacious the one time we went there before and the staff were very accommodating. Could do 1pm unless anyone would prefer later in the day, say 2:30pm. I'm thinking naps here! Bex and Nico x
  8. Thanks everyone - I guess that's helped make my decision, looks like I'll have to buy the Bugaboo one - but best to spend a bit more now instead of having to spend twice! Thanks again, Bex
  9. Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I was considering a John Lewis footmuff but now have second thoughts - thanks for the feedback devsdev! Do you use yours in a Bee Plus? Mathilda - have you used a John Lewis footmuff in a Bee Plus? If so, does it fit okay? Loz - how does your buggy snuggle fit? Many thanks again, Bex.
  10. Hi there, My baby boy is approaching 6 months and is growing out of his Bugaboo Bee Plus cocoon. Can anyone please recommend a nice footmuff to fit the pushchair? I'd rather not spend ?80+ on the Bugaboo footmuff. I'd welcome any suggestions! Thanks in advance, Bex.
  11. Hi Hannah, I'm definitely up for this - thanks for getting the ball rolling. Thursday the 5th sounds good to me. We could do some kind of pub/bar crawl - go to a few bars along Lordship Lane/nearby vicinity - nothing too adventurous of course. Could start in the EDT and maybe head on to the Bishop... Boho Bar does cocktails which might be nice. It will be nice to see everyone without babies in tow! Bex x
  12. Hi all, We won't be able to make it today as I'm trying to re-establish some sort of day time nap routine after a busy few weeks. All's quiet next week so should definitely be able to make it then. Have fun at the cinema if you go - I'll be interested to hear how the babies get on! Take care and hope to see you all next time, Bex & Nico :-)
  13. Hiya Nat, Rosie and everyone else, The mother in law's still here so unfortunately we can't make it but hope to be there next week. Bex x
  14. Hi all, we can't make it this week as the in laws are staying. We probably won't make it next week either as they'll still be here. Have a lovely time and look forward to catching up again in a few weeks. Bex & Nico x
  15. Hi everyone, Nico and I will be there tomorrow. I'll aim to be there from 12:45pm. Looking forward to catching up with everyone. Bex xoxox
  16. Can't find the picnic area! Please can someone advise? Many thx, Bex 07982437164
  17. Hi Hannah, Jenny and others! We'll be there tomorrow. Peckham Rye sounds lovely. So I guess I'll go to dog free area for about 12:30pm.
  18. Hi Susie, I hope you're both well. I'm good for tomorrow. Plough sounds good to me. 12 okay? Anyone else at a loose end? Bex & Nico x
  19. Hi All, Myself and Nico will be coming along also. Fernanda - EDT is the East Dulwich Tavern at end of Lordship Lane near the roundabout/Goose Green. Eve - no worries, hopefully see you next time. See you soon! Bex.
  20. Hi Eve, The more the merrier! Not yet sure what the plan is for next meet up. Am waiting to hear. Hope to see you there anyway. Bex x
  21. Hi Jude, I'm up for meeting today. I'm going Power Pramming in Dulwich Park first (if anyone fancies it?) so the Plough would work best for me. Glad to hear that the builders have nearly finished! Bex x
  22. Hello all, We plan to join you today - sounds like a good plan. See you at 12 at the Plough, Bex & Nico.
  23. Thanks all for the advice and reassurance - all really helpful. I'm going to try to eat/drink more regularly and will see if I can arrange a couple of days in bed with the little-un. It's as good an excuse as any to spend a few days taking it easy. Yeknom - thanks for passing on that info - very helpful. Will defo try that although I'm not sure about getting my partner involved just yet. Respect to you though! :-) Thanks again everyone. x
  24. Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone can offer any advice or reassurance. At the weekend my baby son turned 12 weeks old however in the last few days it seems that I'm producing much less breast milk. I used to have a problem with over supply/fast let down. However, now I think I'm not producing enough milk. My breasts feel really soft/empty. On the occasions I have tried pumping I only manage to get around 100ml by interchanging the pump between both breasts over a period of time. Previously I could fill a bottle with one breast very easily! Also, my son seems to be fussing at the boob as if he's not getting enough and I have to keep swapping him from one side to the other repeatedly. He is feeding very frequently so I feel he is constantly on the breast. In the last week he also seems to have taken a dislike to going in the pushchair and the car/seat - he starts crying as if he's hungry. Also, he's not really napping during the day as he wants to feed so often - and then falls asleep at the breast. When I transfer him to the cot to sleep, he wakes up a few minutes later crying. Any advice would be most welcome! Could this be due to a growth spurt? I'm worried I'm producing less milk at a time when my son needs more. I had a bereavement recently - could stress cause my milk supply to drop off? Many thanks in advance, Bex.
