  1. yes silly you, now stop being boring and go relax let me do all the worrying.
  2. ooh thanks for that .clears it right up.
  3. Hi Knob head ! I am Buddist so can be neither poor or rich , But if you are poor you won't get near Nunhead, i suggest you try West Dulwich. Glad to hear you have sold your house, were you driven out by the locals !
  4. if the drive way does not have a dropped kerb then you can park there and block him in, personally i like to buy knackered cars for scrap price, and then leave them taxed for a year in front these people's driveways. Secondly he has no right whatsoever to place a cone on the road, you can move it and park no problems.
  5. Some is going to carry the can for this : let's hope we get a public inquiry so we can see what has actually going on. The liberals will do there best to avoid one as they run this council, and labour will push for one. Already the executive are spinning and trying to pin the fact that they were built under labour in 1960 means it's their fault: the fact that their own housing regeneration plans are in disaray fails to get mentioned. And why are they in disaray , well because a new kind of politics under a liberal government means just this, spend money only where you will win votes, and do not even bother trying to disguise it. Who do these people represent ? they have no links with Trade Unions, so who are they for ? the burgeoning hordes of middle management perhaps, You know the one's that screw everyone else so long as they get to dip into the Bonus pot at the end of the year.... How very un folk festival of them.
  6. Alan yentob the Arts director for the BBC has a pension bigger than the head of the Bank of England Mervyn King - yentob's pension now stands at 6.3Million ! The deputy general if he stays till 60 will get in excess of 10million ! As for Mark ' come clean ' Thompson he gets a seemingly ok pension from 2004, bbc released that fact, however they left out a previous pension that he still holds with the beeb from 1980 worth....yep 2.9million ! Glad my money has gone for something other than the genius "it ain't half hot mum" !
  7. lit my candle mate, and not in cyberspace either............ You know reality, heat, smoke .........panic.......fear.....terror.....then who knows. so far 5 out of six were female....mums at home looking after their daughters.
  8. Yer TT big fireballs really boring. and as for "it may not make sense to you but that's the way this place has been run for the past 3 odd years and it works." It's not true hoof foot, it's actually changed, some weird ED liberal morality has crept into the main section, people are being scolded left right and centre, it's on message or out of the section ! Now tell me your house in Tuscany , which locale is it in and i'll tell you wether it's Tuscany proper or some poor out of the main section relative. Much love All For Fun & Nun
  9. Now that's definitely SE15 right ? i can see you from here, give us a wave !
  10. Great but its SE15 right, only a few mins from that terrible blaze in Distant Camberwell, bellenden road and turn left.
  11. EXCUSE ME ! but its about 45% SE22 and 55% SE15 and the benches in front of the cafe is SE15 because the cafe is SE15..... and the Nightstalker does not differentiate so close your windows. Oh and the run down knackered and flooding childrens 1 o'clock club is SE15. Clunk ...penny dropping......surely not....surely the council are not that ...oh my god they are ?
  12. Everyone read the independent article today about this predatory paedophile.............it's bloody brilliant.
  13. I absolutely agree with Sherwick. I think ED is serviced by the same council executives that service Camberwell and that is in fact the point, have you thought about any of the other social housing estates around ED or have you wiped them from your mind people. ...here's an extract from the Independents blog "many southwark council high rise blocks have very rudimentary fire systems. no sprinklers, no alarms, no emergency lighting etc. in our block John Kennedy House some fire doors are missing and others are badly defective. Cllr Stanton sends his sympathy but we need Southwark Council to provide the very best level of safety for all residents. Hawkstone Estate (Southwark) residents are shocked by the tragedy at Havil Street. Our hearts go out to residents at Havil Street with our deepest sympathy for their loss. At the same time we fear for our own safety. Fires do happen in Southwark high rise and we try our best to stop BBQ's on balconies and roofs although the Council are pretty useless on that in our area. Also bulk refuse continues to pile up as the Council cut back on collections. When a T&RA has to call in the local Borough Fire Commander to get improvements and enforcement there is something really wrong. Jerry Hewitt, Secretary Hawkstone Tenants & Residents Association." The problem here is this forum is very big now and it needs to recognise that fact; we have all contributed to that.
