malumbu Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > If this was a builder or taxi driver it is hardly > front page headlines. Maybe a small section of a > local newspaper. > Builders and Taxi Drivers are not in the Public Eye in the way Zouma is. Kurt Happy Zouma is a French professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Premier League club West Ham United and the France national team. Salary: 1.44 million EUR (2011) As a Professional Footballer one would expect him to behave as such. Someone that is looked up to by the 10's x 1,000's that flock to see him play each week. An Ambassador to West Ham. An example to young people. To do what He did and Record it and put it on Social Media is inexcusable. He was fined ?250,000 ?? 2 Weeks pay. Peanuts to him. What he did reveals what this man is all about. What he is capable of doing.. West Ham need to dump him.. People have long Memories. DulwichFox

Having just come out of Hospital after total hip replacement, my GP sent a new Prescription to LLoyds Phamacy North Cross rd. My Physio walked me down there as part of my recovery to collect my medicine. They did not have what I needed at the time and said they would order it. I was Not able to go back on my own to collect it and they said they would deliver it to my house. Ulvescroft rd. 400 mtres. They charged me ?5.00 for that service.. Foxy -

Foxy's Xmas.. I'm Back Home but where have I been ... Well 0n the 24th December I decided to go out for a Haircut... Nice cut at Jazz Lordship Lane.. Time for some last minute Xmas Shopping. Cross the road to the Co-op.. No Baskets.. Off to M&S Where outside I suddenly found myself 'On The Deck' I had fallen cracked my head on the road and not being able to get up... move with a broken right hip. The staff at M&S were marveloous and their First Aid Team attended to me. They called emergency services. There was The Fox lying onthe floor , head in the road inches from Passing traffic /Buses A Passing Ambulance stopped to attend to me after being flagged down by a large crowd that had gathered. I wastaken to King's where I was admitted. I spent a few nights 24-27th Decmber where I was given Doses of Morphine. I felt Dreadful and was Hallucinating Insects hanging from curtain rails and walls..Millions of them and faces from TV gathing around me. Finally at the window There was a group of Women (nurses)carrying a wreath and a large Cross. At this stage I was Covid Positive and was convinced the Angels were there to take me away, I really thought I was going to die. I had my hip op the 27th. I am mixed up with the timings of all events.. But my op had gone well. Kings then decided to stop my Paracetamol Pain relief for Codeine.. As a result I become Constipated.. I was still eating (Well) but nothing was coming out, They refused to give me Paracetamol that was leading me on the route to recovery. They were giving me Laxatives and Codiene ,.... they do not work together. I fefused more Codiene and was left in Agony But Kings discharged me 4th Jan with eight different drug to take at different times of the day. I have created a spread sheet , I reverted to Paracetamol my choice .. vertually pain free and have now been to the toilet ( 1 Day) Foxy

DulwichFox replied to misterdulwich's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I Live at the Whately Rd end of Ulverscroft.. There is often bad smells at the Northcross rd. end. Stale/Old oil possibly from Chip Shop waft in the air. Other food smells on Market day can be very unpleasant but do not reach my end. Discarded Fish boxes left opposite the Palmerston over night.. Not Pleasant .. Foxy -

Bring them back a > doggy bag! Well said. My sentiment entirely. One night recently in the EDT there must of been 15 + Dogs. May well of been organised by owners who seemed to know each other. Dogs were naturally excited and barking at each other. Not nice. DulwichFox
