  16. I make masks and did consider clear panel for the deaf, however the fogging up and hygiene issues were an issue so I didn't pursue it. It is a problem though. The clear plastic ones that are not enclosed are not effective against cover, they are more for aesthetics. a plastic enclosed mask would not enable you to breathe....its an issue in the deaf community that I don't think can be resolved very easily.

Please be clear when you call 999 ask for an ambulance, not the police. The man needs a medical assessment for medication to stabilise him. Psychiatrists ate in a better position to determine what's best for him and society. If that means keeping him in a psychiatric unit to keep others safe, that's their remit.
