If you have a car you may want to take it to Sainsburys - they have a new recycling centre in the car park. This may also help people who are getting told off by the council for not using the divider in their boxes!

In my experience it is never a good idea to go back! How come you bumped into him when he is the father of your kids? Doesn't he see the kids any more?

I swear by echinacea - although having said that had one cold this year caused by colleagues insisting on coming into work and sneezing all over me! Travelling on public transport doesn't help either.
