Missing 12 year old from Peckham (now found)
eucalyptus replied to twinsmom's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Thank god for that xoxoxo Hope him/her gets a good earful. -
Hey, I've been on holiday, no doubt what ever about Katie Middlieton. That is irrelevant. Um, more concerned about the fact that a non- literature, glorified airport novel/s won the Man Booker Prize two years in a row. These books are a) not literature and b) historically inaccurate. Yes, I read them, and yes they were entertaining and plot driven, but like the Da Vinci Code, short

Mathew Bruccoli, Scott Fitzgerald's biographer, said to me before me died, "I'd rather eat bok choi than read Wodehouse" This makes me the world expert on Scott Fitzgerald now, and I guess it makes Blandings Puree? lol

Postman in East Dulwich Grove!
eucalyptus replied to Clementsann26's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I envy you - Its better than having to take a day off work to wait for a bl**dy bank card to be delivered - at an unspecified time. Or having to take time off work to go to the post office to pick up parcels. -
My dog was attacked this morning - near Goose Green
eucalyptus replied to Cheese Board's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Sorry, apologies- I forgot to include drug dealers, chavs, hooligans and men with miniscule penises. -

Yes, and its also normal for Staffies, Rottweillers and pitbulls etc to be owned exclusively by thugs and lowlifes. -

So, to clarify: 1) white Kentish questioning garden invader. Poss on drugs 2) black park ranger/ bin rummager who hangs out with two men and who sometimes wears pink but has a variety of tracksuits. Definitely on drugs 3) coterie of forum perverts who might like to find a few new hobbies. Crack, anyone?

Petition to save East Dulwich Police Station
eucalyptus replied to Sue's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I wonder if Andy Coulson will support this petition. -
I feel for Carter, this Ren character sounds very tedious and possibly a frightfully dull shag.

"Unfortunately, as we encountered eachother I was looking at my mobile phone. He followed me through the wood, picking up his pace to match mine. Luckily, I bumped into a lovely couple who called the police as I moved on. Despite repeated calls to him, he would not stop following me" How did you know his mobile number??

Famous People Seen in the Co-op
eucalyptus replied to nowittyname's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I once actually saw 'The Co-op Shelf Stocker' in the Co-op. This was a rare sighting and I think elevates them to the status of celebrity - the Co-op had been out of toothpaste and soap for over two weeks. -

How gutted would you be - have to AUDITION for a role youve been playing for ten years - AND they pick someone else! Dawn Acton is best known for playing the role regularly from 12 December 1988 to 14 June 1995, and then for brief reappearances in November 1996 till December 1997 and from 17 March till her last appearance as Tracy on 10 October 1999. Kate Ford took over the role from 25 December 2002, although Dawn Acton went to an audition but failed to get the part again. ????????????
