The P13 shouldn't be affected as it never traverses the section which is closed. The 40, 176, 185 and 484 on the other hand will be diverted.

Also, the land in question or rather the trees upon the land and immediately adjacent to it are subject to a TPO (tree Preservation order). Neither land owners nor neighbours with overhanging branches are exempt and the penalties are very high (I heard ?1000s per tree!) Permission must be sought from the council and approved unless dead branches are an urgent and dangerous issue and even then the burden of proof is on the surgeon that this is/was the case. Not sure if those leylandii are included in the TPO though.

I| have had issues with this shop and owner too, so much so that I refuse to use CollectPlus at all now. I went to collect a parcel and had to wait over 5 minutes while he had a loud conversation on the phone right in front of me without even acknowledging me. Beyond rude. Avoid at all costs!

I think kford has hit the nail on the head there... Mr Barber, how can this be confirmed/denied as the cause, and who's responsibility is it to fix it if determined as the cause?

Is this issue still the same? The lights still seem to be swapping regardless of bus approaching or not... @CllrJamesBarber Any update?
