  1. Another glowing recommendation from us also. We have used Paul on a number of occasions, just recently we asked him to clear away the old timber we had removed from a deck in the garden. As always he turned up on time (early even!) and had everything cleared away in next to no time. Always pleasant and efficient to deal with.
  2. Adding another recommendation for Paul, we've used him twice now and both times he was on time (early in fact) and very courteous. Reasonably priced and always happy to help.
  3. Another glowing recommendation for Paul. We asked Paul to clear some garden waste over the weekend. Turned up early and completed the job in next to no time. Was very courteous and reasonably priced. We'll definitely be using him again.
  4. Can anyone recommend someone to help out with minor IT problems? We are currently trying in vain to set up a wifi mesh network at home. Thanks! VJ 07956304222
  5. We used Bradley last weekend and can only echo the sentiments of others. Bradley was punctual, courteous and did a great job on our carpets. Definitely recommend.
  6. Pugwash, after a bit of googling I discovered Dulwich table tennis club. They hold a Tuesday night club in Cerise road SE15 and a Thursday night club at Harris Academy. See link below for info. http://www.dulwichttc.com/main/club%20venues/
  7. A friend and I are amateur table tennis players and were looking for somewhere to play after work in the East Dulwich/Camberwell areas. We know of a club near Lambeth North station on a Thursday night but its a bit further then we wanted to travel. Any recommendations? Thanks
  8. Rosie, I'm a semi frequent visitor to the Sikh temple on shawbury road, however the temple is only open twice a week and only serves langar once. For a good idea/experience of a Sikh temple and langar I would go with hails suggestion and visit a Sikh temple in southall. There is a relatively new one on Havelock road. It's a beautiful temple/gurudwara and langar is served throughout. I am happy to talk you through a visit If you'd like!
  9. I'm afraid not. Diwali is a fairly small event in Sikhism, it is primarily a hindu celebration which sikhs have adopted for various reasons. I think the hindu temple in Neasden usually have something going on?
  10. Being a practising Sikh I can assure you we aren't all the same! yes a lot of sikhs do like a drink or five but lets not tar us all with the same brush please?! BTW that was indeed a sikh wedding you guys saw, and they last a whole three days!!!!
