  1. Went on the ELL from Forest Hill today as they were giving free travelcards along the route. Very impressed.
  2. Thanks for your help Barry. I don't want to steal your thunder, but the London Connections blog and other websites are claiming Oyster PAYG will be operational from 2nd January 2010 on National Rail services with cheaper single journeys compared to buying a paper single.
  3. Ideally it might be a good idea to have a single decker service running between Peckham and Brockley Rise which would run as route 63/363 to the Forest Hill Tavern then as the P12. However 2 buses use the stands at the terminus, the 172 as wekk as the P12. This would mean at least another stand for another bus route. Another solution maybe to terminate the P12 at the Forest Hill Tavern so that the 63 can be extended.
  4. I use Roche on LL who charges ?10 for a dry cut.
  5. The #40 bus extended to Forest Hill. Bendy buses banned from parking in Lordship Lane and Friern Road. Traffic Lights at the junction of Court Lane and Lordship Lane, this may help to slow down vehicles who speed along the stretch of road.

Nothing better than freshly cooked fish The Seagull Fish Bar, very friendly staff and as you say the fish is freshly cooked.
