I own a beautiful two-bedroom house on a very quiet road off Dunstans Road in East Dulwich. My tenants are moving out on 14th April so it will be available from around 20th April. The space Downstairs, there is an open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining room. There's also a small utility room and downstairs loo. Upstairs are two good-sized bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Outsized is a paved garden and a shed for storage. Location Balchier Road is a 15-minute walk from Lordship Lane and 5 minutes from Forest Hill Road, where regular buses go to Peckham Rye station, so it's super easy to get into the centre of town. Terms £2,300 pcm. The house is unfurnished. Ideally, I'm looking to rent the house for at least 6 months, but I am open to an offer. I'm happy for one small dog to live there. Non-smokers please. Dave and his team were with us for 5 weeks decorating our house. They've done an amazing job and were very considerate whilst doing it making sure the house was as tidy as possible during the job. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Roger and Elliot are brilliant! They sorted out a rat problem in our garden during the summer and most recently a couple of squirrels in our loft. They had to make multiple visits with the squirrels, always fully updating us and completed the job as they outlined at the start. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Another recommendation for Polly. After a number of false starts with cleaners we found Polly on the ED Forum. She has been working for us for 18 months and is head and shoulders above our previous cleaners. She is ultra reliable, efficient and hard working. Niko has been over twice in the last 24 hours to fix a couple of DIY failures. Very helpful, professional and friendly. He came out at extremely short notice and charged a fair price. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Will definitely use again.

Santos came and cleared a lot of garden rubbish from my house last Sunday. Extremely nice guy and very professional. Highly recommended.

I thought I would post a recommendation for Joe on this thread as well. I recently had a chimney stack removed, an internal load bearing wall removed and new flooring put in by Joe. He did an excellent job at a very competitive price and I will certainly be using him again. Highly recommended!!
