Law bore I do cycle on the pavement safely, when no one's too near my bike I know it's against the law, but then splattering me with a truck or bus is against the law. Trouble is that won't help me when i'm under it. Particular places feel really vulnerable on a bike, so I then go somewhere safer (occasionally the pavement) and use my judgement to determine how safe/dangerous i'm being It's a bit ad hoc, but works for me and i've hurt nobody either Elephant & castle & South Circ by Forest hill station scare the plop out of me Oh and i've been fined for cycling on the pavement. I rode about 10 yards onto it to post a letter and one of the new police type people saw me, blew his whistle and warned me. Without thinking, after I posted the letter I scooted back on my bike. He was beside himself with ticket fever on that one. Silly me. He REALLY told me off when i said "Oh well, I've been cycling safely on the pavement for 30 years, so a ?65 fine seems pretty good value, considering" Don't care if I get caught again, if it's safe enough and clear i'll be on there

One is run by experienced operators who've been learning their trade at some of the top offers in London. And the other being operated by inexperienced "partners" learning as they go. ?16 for a breakfast is so way off the mark, it's ludicrous A slice of sourdough toast with fried eggs, sausage and bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, black pudding, hash browns, house baked beans and fried bread ?16.00 Unless tho it's the sharing breakfast at http://thehawksmoor.com/wp-content/uploads/menus/GH-Breakfast.pdf Hawksmoor breakfast For 2 to share ?35.00 Smoked Bacon chop ? Sausages ( made with Pork, Beef & Mutton ) ? Black Pudding ? Short-rib Bubble & Squeak ? Grilled Bone Marrow .trotter Baked Beans ? Fried eggs ? Grilled Mushrooms ? roast tomatoes ? unlimited toast ? hP Gravy

A large and rotting branch fell onto a fence nearby, narrowly missing a massive 4x4 I had hoped it would take out the other neighbour (ol' Jam Face) as she sleeps at the front of the house, but sadly not Here's to the next storm

A lease or lease purchase where you get to buy the car after a 3 year period, albeit on a further loan is tempting The main dealer makes a considerable part of their margin on servicing, so if you go to someone like Renault, then expect this part to be substantial. I'd rater snap my own teeth out with pliers than do this again. Personally i've done both, but now purchase what I drive out right. I'd consider a loan and then purchase a car from that money and take responsibility for the maintenance schedule. A good diesel Volkswagen TDI from an auction or private sale is the way i'd go. But it takes a fair bit of work on your behalf. Depends on how much personal umph you've got Also what ???'s says above is noteable
