I have on going problems with Virgin. An engineer told me today that SE22 area is notorious for its intermittent Wi-Fi access and it won't be fixed till 29th March 2019!! How did you go about getting compensation? Alexa.

Hi, I've had to have a new version of Windows on my computer. keeping my original files and documents in another folder. It has caused all sorts of changes on my PC and need someone to take a look at it to reconnect some things. Also having some minor issues with my printer/scanner which doesn't seem to recognize the changes.... Can anyone recommend someone local, who will also be clear about their costs. I can heartily recommend Saied if you need someone to landscape your garden. He works really hard (and in my case, through a day of rain...!) and has transformed my sloping garden into a level base with sleepers. He is careful to listen to what you want and seems to really enjoy creating what you have asked for.
