Choirs - any one know of some locally?
pinkpalmer replied to beansprout's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Hia - note-Orious choir sing at Dulwich hamlets on Monday nights from 8pm - 10pm - we’re a community choir and sing a wide variety of music. You’d be more than welcome to come along for one of our trial sessions, if you email us here [email protected] we can send you more info and details of the songs we’re singing this term. -

We went to John Lewis' for a quote - it was reasonable at the top end of what we wanted to pay, good appliances and wide choice, plus they were very good at looking at the different options for the budget we had. But saying that after getting a few quotes in, we went to Bells on Lordship Lane, very cost comparable, great service and our kitchen looks brilliant.

I have to say where we live the first bit off Melbourne Grove we haven't noticed any people hanging around or mopeds going through the night or any shadowy contingent! sure there can be a bit of noise from the flats above, but we had that in our last place a Victorian terrace (that was Rodwell Road and incidentally there were more people just hanging there on the street then in Lytcott Grove). Where ever you live in London there's noise and bustle, it's just what happens in flats. We love the public spaces and the last bank holiday they were being used - families having picnics, people just enjoying the space which was great to see.

We live on Lytcott Grove - recently bought there as we were getting priced out of other areas, we love it - really friendly neighbours and handy for Lordship Lane and the station

We use Julia at Pawspals http://www.pawspals.co.uk/ she's brilliant and treats our cats as her own, we also use Lordship Lane vets and have had no problems with them, in fact they've been great and remind me when check up etcs are due which is brilliant.
